By accessing or using any services provided by G2 Global Tech Solutions, including GG EMS, Task ERP, TradeMitra, SafarPe, or any custom-developed solution, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

03. Custom Development Services

We provide tailored software solutions based on client requirements. The following terms apply:

• • Scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in a separate agreement or proposal
• • Development begins only after confirmation and/or advance payment
• • Change requests may affect cost and delivery timelines
• • Client is responsible for providing accurate requirements and feedback

04. User Responsibilities

• • Provide accurate and lawful information
• • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• • Ensure compliance with applicable laws
• • Avoid misuse, hacking, or unauthorized access attempts

05. Payments & Billing

• • Subscription fees must be paid in advance
• • Custom project payments follow agreed milestones
• • Delayed payments may result in service suspension
• • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

06. Intellectual Property

All platforms, code, and systems developed by G2 Global Tech Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom-developed solutions may grant usage rights or ownership depending on contract terms.

07. Data & Privacy

User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. Clients are responsible for ensuring lawful collection and use of employee/customer data within our systems.

08. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or external failures may cause temporary disruptions.

09. Limitation of Liability

G2 Global Tech Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, business interruption, or financial loss arising from use of our services.

10. Termination
